1. Introduction.

Welcome to F_Photography x Tours.

By accessing and/or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bounded by the following terms and conditions. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and F_Photography x Tours. Please review these Terms carefully.

2. Booking and payment.

Reservation:
You can request a tour by sending an inquiry to Info@fphotographyxtours.com
Payment: Cash upon meeting.

3. Cancellation and Refunds.

Cancellation by the customer:
If a cruise ship did not reach its destination to Qaqortoq for any reason, tickets brought by the passengers will be fully refunded.

7 days before departure: 100% refund.
5 days before departure: 75% refund.
3 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellations made in less than 3 days: No refund.

Cancellation by the tour operator:

Insufficient bookings:
F_Photography x Tours reserve the right to cancel trips if the minimum number of participants is not met, in such cases, the customer will receive full refund.

Trips cancelled due to bad weather conditions will be fully refunded if not rescheduled.
